I used these as my primary dining seating when I lived in a small studio apartment, and they held up well. Assembly is easy and quick, and they are sturdy. We have a shorter island. These chairs are the perfect height for us to be able to sit under our island without our legs squished. The chairs were super easy to assemble. They are super comfortable.
