Taking off 2 stars because the filling in the base arrived completely destroyed. I took off the burlap and poured out whatever that material had been. I happen to not mind that, because I plan to redo the base, anyway, but definitely be aware that it's an issue. Overall, the tree looks really good. The base, even without the filling, is relatively stable (not great, but if you have it somewhere out of easy reach where it won't get touched, it'll stay upright) It almost looks better without the burlap, in my opinion, and you can fill the base with rocks or crystals to add more stability if you need to. The lights came with the tree but weren't attached to the tree, so you can put them on as needed. Pictures: First one is the tree on its own, in the original base with all the materials poured out. Hand for scale only, it doesn't actually need additional support. Second picture is next to the tree I got from IKEA for $13. They are very similar in structure and size. This one is a little fuller than the IKEA one, but the binding around the tree trunk seems a lot messier. Happy with my purchase. I would have been happier if it'd been a little cheaper, but considering it came with lights, not a bad price. ... show more

The tree is actually nice but the cup that it is anchored to is full of rocks and dirt that has sifted out through the burlap wrapped around the base and I had to rinse the tree off to get rid of the dust. I dumped the dirt and rocks and replaced with clean marbles to add weight to the base and then wrapped with a nice fabric. ... show more

I am towards the end if a bathroom remodel and put this tree on a shelf in my master bathroom. It's the perfect size for a shelf or table decor.

This little tree looked ok on amazons website but the reality doesn't meet my expectations. It's a bit scrawny and has an immense lack of flocking on it. Don't buy this if you're depressed or have no creativity. After meticulously spreading out the branches (3 of which were not attached) I still wasn't happy. I found a large planter (with a diameter of a little smaller than the base of the tree branches) in the house and placed the tree in it. It made a big difference. I had a little fish tank filter fluff and tucked it in at the top of the planter to imitate snow. I'm feeling better as I'm putting my own blue lights on it. Thinking it was going to be as snowy as the picture showed, I bought lights with WHITE wires. Not a real good look with so much green. BUT. I have a can of flocking and I'm going to spray the heck out of this tree. It WILL be beautiful! ... show more
