The media could not be loaded. I have boughten your 10 pack of mousepads before and they were perfect, so I figured your 20 pack would be just as great but I could not be more wrong. Both packs of 20 that I bought all have very rough edges. I cannot use these at all for my orders or even for gifts as I would be afraid of the edges fraying long before they should. I am highly dissatisfied and would NOT recommend the 20 pack to anyone. ... show more

Heated at 374 for 60 seconds and the material on this mouse pad sucks up every bit of ink and makes the image POP. I wish all substrates were this easy to substrate. Pleasantly surprised for sure!

I've purchased many of these same mousepads in the past and I received a 50 count mousepad order from a repeat customer. I printed the images on sublimation paper before they came in since I had already knew the dimensions and was doing the same image as a past order. I printed maybe 30 sheets and when the order came in, the sides measured 7.85. I printed at 7.79 so it didn't cover the entire mousepad. Now I have to reprint them all over again. ... show more

I’ve tried 9 mouse pads and all are ruined. I have a great heat press, sub paper and ink and keep getting white shadows. I gave to someone who can try due to having alot of experience and same thing. Will never buy again
