The only reason this product doesn't received 5 stars is because of the shipping box. It was damaged and some of the items were lose in the box. However, when I contacted the seller, they responded quickly and resolved all of my issues and concerns. Nevertheless, the love the ride. Comfortable seat and smooth driving. Love how it came 90% installed and easy instructions on how to put the rest of the bike together. Come with a safe battery charger and will shut off when done charging. Overall a great purchase.
