    • No customer service, 1 cable was defective
Bought this 2 pack USB type C cable. Arrived quickly and very nicely packaged with a warranty card. I started using the silver cable, the length was perfect, the quality looked on point and thought I couldn't have been happier. Until as few weeks later when I plugged it in my phone I got a notice that it was a slow charge and that I should plug in original quick charging cable and adapter. I was a bit confused because during the first month, it was working great, then I thought my adapter was bad. I swapped several adapters still using this cable thinking that would fix it but to no avail. I took out the 2nd cable that came in the pack and it worked stating I was having a rapid charge like normal. So I realized the cable was defective. I have emailed the sellers twice from the warranty card and it's been over 3 weeks and I have not received any responses from them. - 1 star for defective product, - 3 stars for lack of customer service! ***Update*** 3/17/2018 Received an email instantly upon leaving a review on Amazon. After several conversations, they sent out a replacement and was received today. 5 stars for their effort to rectify the problem. I will update post regarding the longevity of these cables.     • Overall good product
This is one of the better chargers I've purchased. I typically attempt to go for cheap chargers knowing I treat them pretty rough, but the design on this one lets it be pulled and maneuvered without showing any risk of damaged. I've replaced the charger that came with my Samsung Galaxy S9+ with one of these, because it has the fast charging capability, and just seemed more sturdily built than the thin, rubber coated cable that came with the phone. I still use the Samsung brand AC adapter, but swapped the cord. I also live in Minnesota, and have noticed this cable is much more malleable still, even in the cold weather, than other cables I've tried. The other rubber coated cables tend to stiffen up in the cold weather, but this one still bends/moves around as needed. The other benefits is the built in button, making it easy to tie up for travel. Most other cords have to be wrapped up around themselves, however, this puts undue strain on one end of the cord, eventually causing the coating to tear and the wires to be exposed. The simple little button helps to tie this into a small circle without stressing the material. Overall a very simple, yet well designed product. This is the second time I've bought this exact product, to continue to have them available throughout my life (car, work, bedroom, living room). If I need any more, I will definitely reorder this one again. ... show more

    • Surprisingly good quality
So I waited to review these because I was sure they’d have stopped charging by now. Surprisingly they are still going strong. My boyfriend got these about 4 months before I did and one of his is starting to send phone alerts like “for faster charging please use different charger” and “slow charging, done in 6 hours” kind of things. For the price though? Good. We lose them and loan them out (sometimes permanently) so often that for us it is worth to get because we rarely have the same charger for long anyways. So for your main charger, I’d recommend shelling out the $50 for the name brand meant specifically for your phone. For the spare bedroom/car/traveling/kids chargers these will really do you well. The cable is so strong, it’s survived car door slams, falling in the mud, dog taking a nibble, couch recliner squishing, and even a few months in the bottom of a purse. The length is a huge bonus too. It can reach from the front of the car to the back of the car, so everyone can charge no matter where they’re seated. ... show more

    • Good deal for the price
Initial impression is that they are well made. It comes with a leather strap that allows you to neatly wrap it for stowing. It says fast charging but I'm not really noticing that while plugged into a USB port. However, it may just be that it's not a fast charging port and not the fault of the cord itself. The cord feels "wiry". So, my concern is that long term it will not hold out but we shall see. ... show more

    • Better than a traditional charger
This is my first nylon cable charger purchase. It is a Type C charger, in which I will be using with my LG V20 phone. Two cable chargers, 6+ ft. long. It is your standard variety cord and easily fir my LG V20 input as well as a standard USB charging source. I love the design and length however uncertain about the fast charging compared to the original cable that came with the phone. It gets the job done yet not as rapid as I would prefer. This product is satisfactory for the price. What I love most about the cable is the flexibility/bend of the cable. I do not feel as if it will dislocate from the charging pieces or rip. Sturdy!     • I've had this for almost 2 years
I've had these for almost 2 years, and I came back on Amazon to order more. Since the quarantine the family and I have been using our devices more frequently and we need more frequent charging. I've been able to use the short cords at night, but for midday charging and while continuing using the device while charging, the short cords aren't convenient. I'm ordering more because they are still in the best condition. I have little kids that have put these cords through all repeated tests of tugging, pulling, twisting, etc. And they are long enough to continue using the device while charging. Great product. And 2 for such a fantastic price! Worth much more! ... show more

I bought a charging cord for my Galaxy S8 at Best buy for $24.99! It was their cheapest option. A friend said why do that when you can get one for $7.99 on Amazon. Well not only did that happen, I got 2! for $7.99 and they are GREAT. I love the cord like material ( like a very fancy, high quality shoe lace material) because it is more flexible and easy to work with whether you want to coil it up or use it in lengthy spaces. AND both of these cords come with their own cinch snap that is super effective and really sharp looking. I can't say enough good things.
