The media could not be loaded. *Update* : so the seller gave me a partial refund for the damage to the chair, which was thoughtful. I have already fixed the wheel, and made a temporary fix to the broken weld, and will permanently fix later. The CS was excellent and I am grateful. Just received a day ago, and the chair was partly damaged upon arrival. The left wheel was bent, making the chair very difficult to roll around when needed. Second the side weld of the chair was broken, so the chair leans to the right when you recline, makes the experience very unsatisfactory. It was probably damaged during shipping. But I hope to hear from the seller in order to fix this issue. This is a birthday gift for my wife. I really wanted to love this product, and I wanted my wife to enjoy it because she suffers from chronic back pain. The only good thing I can say is that the chair does look good, and has a lot of cool features for a full body massage. The heated feature for the legs and back is a nice bonus. ... show more

    • Covers the chair
At first because the opening is not very large I had trouble figuring it out but once I got it over the top of the chair and to the bottom of the back I was then able to flip it over the bottom of the chair and cover it completely so it does work it it just takes some maneuvering.
