When I went to register for the warranty there was an error but, it went through anyway and the company sent me an email the next day saying "congratulations you have activated your warranty". Tablet is great for my daughter and is very responsive. Big downside is something is wrong with the front camera. It's so dark and she can't do video chats at all. Rear camera is fine. Don't know if I got a dud or what but no app seems to fix the darkness issue. If you need this for video chatting, look for another product I guess. Edit: The company reached and wanted to make it right. Ask me to provide a video of the problem and they determined it was a faulty unit. Sent me another one and its works great. Got this tablet mainly for watching streaming videos & twitter. Nice bright picture. Downloaded apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime video, Pluto TV, Plex, Xfinity live TV, &Spotify from Google play store. Downloads were quick & smooth & work perfectly so far. (2 weeks) Works fine with my Sony Bluetooth speaker, too! The tablet is somewhat glitchy. Screen freeze. Apps close but the audio keeps playing. Nice for TV apps on wifi, texting, checking emails. Keyboard works but is so light and doesn't connect to tablet or tablet cover it slides. Mouse doesn't work at all. Tried using others and they don't work either.
