I bought 2 sets of these. One to go under our cabinets in the kitchen & the other I put in 2 of our pantry cabinets since it's so hard to see to the back of those. We liked them so much that I ordered another set to use in those same pantry cabinets but on different shelves. The motion detector is priceless as we don't have to search for the on/off switch to turn them on. Just open the cabinet door & it pops on! Perfect! They are chargeable with a provided cable so there's no batteries that need to be changed out every few days which saves money! Just pop the fixture from the provided magnets, charge them then put them back in place. The other really cool thing about them is that you can change the brightness of them & also the warmth/coolness of the light. Very nice touch! If there was any complaint it would be that they stay on a bit longer after activating. The ones in the kitchen tend to turn off faster than I would like but that doesn't mean they're not perfect for what we needed! It's highly possible that we'll be ordering several more of these to use in other areas of the house (closets) where not enough light gets in to see what's in there. Highly recommend! ... show more

These motion sensor LED strips are very bright and illuminate my closet pretty well. There are 3 different light colors to switch to: daylight, amber, and an in-between color. You can also adjust the brightness with another button. On the side of each strip, there is On/Off/Auto that you can adjust. Auto will enable the lights to come on only when it sensors motion. Each strip comes with two magnets that connect to the bar. The magnets have 3M tape to attach to the desired surface. Make sure to wipe the surface first with rubbing alcohol/degreaser and make sure it's dry before you stick them on. Lastly, charge each light strip before you hang them up. The set comes with a USB cord for charging. Overall, it seems like these LED strips are of good quality and are very bright. Recommended. ... show more

I have looked high and low for 'closet lights' that are bright enough to see something when I open the door. My house did not come with electric lights in all the closets. These lights have magnets within the light and come with the magnet to place on the wall. I use a tension 'metal' rod for the top as I wanted the lights a little closer to the clothes. For my small closet I use 3 across the top and 1 on each side and it's like a professional dressing room when the door opens. They are RECHARGEABLE and have motion sensors. They have 3 brightness settings and 3 color settings (ie: daylight, softwhite, and yellowish tint) I have now completely setup lights everywhere, also under bath and kitchen sinks. I have been using these motion sensor lights for several years now. I have gone through many and returned many. These seem to hold their charge well, when set to auto. I do like that there seems to be 3 different shades of white and levels of brightness for each type of white light. I already have magnets installed where I use these lights and they were very easy to install. If you are looking for really bright closet lights, I have a great recommendation for you! This are wonderful!!! I have a sewing closet in a poorly lit room. I was looking for motion detector lights to hang inside the closet. These are adhesive with a magnet and are PERFECT for my use. Picture 1 is with only the right door open, only the right side light comes on. Picture 2 is after the l opened the left door, both are lit. You can see how amazingly bright the closet is. Picture 3 is after I closed the doors, and Picture 4 shows, a few seconds later, they shut off by themselves. I would definitely buy these again and again. I really enjoy these lights, especially the adaptable brightness settings. The one thing I will mention, and this is no fault of the product, is be careful where you place it! I put one under my bathroom vanity for nighttime use, but the detection doesn't pick up unless my feet are very close to the vanity! I wanted it out of sight, but I may need to move it. Old house, not a lot of outlets. Staircase is dark so we hung these near the 2nd from the bottom stair and 2nd from the top step. They work fantastically! Just put one nail in the wall (each) so it’s easy to take off and charge. Bright! I had to go to the more yellow/dimmer setting and we still see each step without any problem. I waited to test the lights out before writing a review. I fully charged them upon receipt. I put them up in the kitchen to light the way at night for my husband to see to get to bathroom. They worked great. Lasted 2 weeks until needing recharge - may of lasted longer if my cats didn't keep setting them off on purpose. I changed them back up then waited nearly 2 weeks to put back up - they held their charge and turned right on. I wish I found these before I bought a set from a home shopping network that I cannot name. Those don't last more than 3 days and one of the 4 won't hold a charge. These have them beat hands down!!
