Purchased my first bestva a 900w burble a very good light but a when I brought this one the first time for my 3x3 in worked flawlessly and grow was good. So when I went to a 4x4 tent it was time to order another light and guess what another bp2000 for me no guessing. These light are built strong, dimmer, easy to install, bright and most important a real bang for your buck and your plants will love it. I would recommend this light to my friends and anyone I know. Invest in Bestva you won’t be sorry. Update: This is my second bp2000 the first was like 21.5x12 and stated a actual watt of 205 as stated on line and in the user manual with .5watts leds and worked great which led me to purchase another bp2000. The new one called an upgrade states an actual watt of 160 in the user guide but 205w online. The leds show .2watts and it's 18"x12" with a slightly larger driver and 1150 leds. The first bp2000 has 656 as stated online and in manual. my plants are responding great under both light so the 5 star rating will remain. Just wanted to give the update so you will know what to expect and hopefully Bestva will update their info.....buy the light you won't be disappointed. ... show more

BESTVA was known for having some of the best blurple lights available, before this big migration to quantum boards, so the choice was simple when it was time to get another light. Even though I own an sp250 made by a certain Plants need the right spectrum and BESTVAs have been putting out the best, or some of the best, harvests!! The company named after a planet... welll...This company blows theirs away. My marz, lol or with an s, light was cheaply built. This light is not. In fact, that was the first thing I noticed. The build quality of this light is outstanding. It will certainly last through my time using it and I will be able to gift it to someone when I buy their 4000 series! Foliar feeding is part of my program and this light is built to handle accidental sprays and spills. The other company's customer service is lacking and I'm glad or I would never have made the switch. These reps were great and helped me tremendously I don't always write reviews but when I do get a product that I want others to experience, then I have to tell them about it! You just can't beat the pricing of this light for such great quality. I've been growing well over a year and can tell when my plants like something. Well they LOVE this light. I was very excited to see a fresh blanket of trichomes just days after installing this light. My prior light was either missing something or these lights are just that great of quality. Whatever it is I am a very happy camper. I've never seen them pray so hard as to this light!! I use a light meter app to compare lights and I was quite impressed to find it putting off better light than my Mars Hydro that cost hundreds. It was bittersweet, I'm angry that I wasted money on other lights. I should have bought all BESTVAs. Not to mention the other light company did not include a dimmer. A dimmer is very helpful when putting new plants under light for the first time or for starting seedlings. The other light, without a dimmer, would fry seedlings in my small tent because the area wasn't big enough for me to keep light at a proper distance. With this BESTVA I will be able to turn it down when I want to start seedlings and turn it up when I intend to flower them. There is a fan on one of my other lights that makes a terrible noise when it starts up and continues for about 15 minutes. It is not only ANNOYING but if that fan fails and the diodes overheat I could lose that light. These have a fanless design meaning one less part of the system that can go down on me costing months of work. This thing is quieter, brighter, built better and cost less than the other company's lights and I will not be buying from that other company ever again. I will definitely be buying another BESTVA when it is time to upgrade. Ooooorrrr.... My birthday is coming up. If you don't know what to get me. This. Get this. This is it!!! ... show more

I really do think this light deserves 5 stars! I have been using it for the past month. I will provide an updated review after I am done with my current grow cycle. For the value, you are getting a light that is worth twice as much in my opinion. It is plenty bright to grow some amazing plants! The quality of the light produced more importantly is what really matters. The samsung diodes are the type found on more expensive lights. They are a high quality diode and have proven to be capable of growing some incredible harvests. The Pro1000, I would use it for a single flowering plant. For seedlings or cuttings, you can get over 300 PPFD (PAR) on the lowest dial setting at 14" from the canopy. The hanging hardware is definitely too long though. I included a picture of the shorter hanging hardware I made. I had to make some modifications in order to hang the light closer to the ceiling of the tent. The power dial is a little confusing at first too. It does not seem to dim to 0%. It turns off and then it takes about 10-20% turn on the dimmer before it actually turns on. This was not enough to lose a star on the review though. The power and design of this light far exceeded my expectations. I was impressed enough that I ended up buying another light. If you are on a budget, this light can provide enough light to bring a plant from seed to harvest. Give yourself plenty of room between your canopy and the light. Even the lowest setting, it is still quite bright and could burn plant tissue depending on what you are growing. ... show more

I bought this to replace their lower grade light with no dimming feature. The other one though has fans on it and it here was virtually no difference in temp- within 15 mins of this light in my rent ( 5x3 ), the temp was above 80 and I needed to open the tent for air. It’s only 70 outside here so this absolutely will not work when it gets warmer. I’m returning this one and getting another of the others. Other than the heat issue, it seems sturdy and puts out good light. But I can’t have my tent this hot Or with it wide open for circulation. It’s a great light if you have the room for cooler temps. ... show more

Live in MI so winter is ruff on window plants, got this for our office rubber tree and it loves it, the rubber tree went from a lighter green almost yellow on some leaves to now being a very nice dark green in only a week maybe 10 days. Nice and bright and not that purple color of other leds, which are hard to look at all day. ... show more
