    • Piece of Crap! Would give it a zero if we could
We bought 2 of these scooters for our kids..hardly used. The other scooter is okay but the other one gave out. It is fully charged but not turning on. Pressed the "on" button many times, tried to reset it according to various recommendations from the internet and You Tube, read the manufacture tips, online chat with the 'customer service'...but to no avail. When we unplug the charging component it would beep and that would be it..still not turning. on My husband thinks it's the circuit system that's defective but unfortunately we cannot return this item so we are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this.We had great hope for this product but totally scammed us of few hundred dollars.     • Bueno al principio pero poca vida útil
Al principio me agrado lo rápido que era, ya que si llega a lo que promete cuando tiene 60%-100% de carga, pero desde el principio ya veia problemas, por ejemplo siempre mucho ruido cuando pasaba por pequeños desniveles, se escuchaba como si estuviera mal ensamblado algo, además, el volante en se mueve mucho hacia adelante y atrás a mi parecer, era hasta ridículo. Poco después de usarlo (cómo 2 meses) el guardafango se rompió, al parecer tiene 2 pedazos de metal que lo sostienen pero fueron muy débiles y se terminaron rompiendo ambos, y luego después de 4 meses desde la adquisición, el scooter dejo de cargar sin alguna razón, lo conectaba y el cargador apareció en verde, lo cual significaba que no pasaba corriente, desde ahí ya no pude usarlo. También cabe mencionar que el volante que tú esamblas se me rompió, para ser más específico se me rompieron 3 de los 4 tornillos que lo sostienen, si se rompía uno más me daba un golpe contra el piso, y en si no se puede reparar eso ya que los tornillos solo se le rompieron la cabeza, eso quiere decir que la rosca de los tornillos siguen en el agujero y no lo puedo sacar. En fin, al principio yo adoraba este scooter pero no te dura nada el gusto, se descompone muy rápido y fácilmente, es una pena considerando que el scooter si es suficientemente potente pero no tienen buenos materiales para que dure más tiempo. ... show more

I’ll start by saying this is the most favorable review I’ve ever written in my life. I was looking to get a new scooter for my son as we had purchased a nine bot scooter for him based on its safety. Unfortunately, that scooter was just a little too slow. All of his friends had much faster, scooters and he wanted something that could keep up with them. I then began to do a ton of research looking for something that was very safe, but faster than the ninebot. As I was scouring reviews on Amazon, I begin to see a theme with the micro go scooter. The safety was right up there with what I was looking for, and everyone truly enjoyed the speed of it. Once I received it, I was even happier with the safety because they’ve built in three levels and each level has a maximum speed. So he could change the levels as he got more comfortable with the speed of the scooter. Big check in the safety department for me. My son loved the Speed aspect as he could change the speed on his own. I also liked this version versus our old scooter because you could easily break it down with one click. This made it very easy to travel with. It also had a very cool design that allowed him to lock the scooter when he rode it to school and not worried about it being stolen. Here’s the part with this review takes the dramatic turn. My son fell on his scooter and broke the throttle. I initially was looking for a replacement throttle myself to fix the scooter. I couldn’t find a version that was as nice as the original in the aftermarket arena. So before I went with one of the cheaply constructed versions online, I contacted micro go. First, they got back to me very quickly. Much quicker than I was expecting. Some questions and proof of a purchase, they sent me a new head unit for the scooter. Yes, I did say head unit. This included the throttle, the light assembly everything across the top of the scooter. A couple of screws to replace it and I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, my version of the scooter was a version older than the new head and it gave me an error message. I appreciated the company trying to fix the problem. I emailed them back and thanked them for trying. I asked him for an address to ship the head unit back as I didn’t want to waste brand new unit. To my complete shock, the company replaced the entire scooter. This company now he makes the best product on the market. They stand behind their product. If you’re gonna spend money on a new scooter, this is the company you want to go with. They exceeded my expectations in product Quality and Customer Service ... show more
