When I received the iPad it worked completely and I was able to do a restore of my old iPad with no problems. The iPad was fully charged out of the box but, after setting it up I needed to plug it in for a recharge. There was no power block. I contacted the vendor and was told it would be sent right away. A couple of days later I received a power block from the vendor. This vendor is great to do business with by taking full responsibility for fulfilling the order to the customers satisfaction. Item is practically new, shows very little (if any) sign of usage. Seems to be operational in every way, I'm very pleased. One item of note: My order was shipped via Fedex, and it did not arrive the next day as promised. It arrived the following business day; so I expected it on Friday and didn't get it until Monday. Although I purchased this as a refurbished item, it seems just like new. I love this newer generation iPad, and the mini is exactly the right size for a reader.

    • Screen was a scratched up mess. Returned immediately.
There were two large scratches (1/2 inch and 1 inch) on the screen deep enough to catch a nail on. The top right corner of the screen looked like somebody took steel wool to it. The product was listed as in excellent condition.

The 2021 Apple iPad Mini 6 (8.3 inch, Wi-Fi + Cellular, 256GB) Starlight (Renewed) from Tech Exchangee does not include an Apple 20w USB Type C charger or chord. They do supply an offbrand USB Type C 18w charger and cable but it does not fit flush with the iPad Mini 6 and is very sensitive....you might think there is a USB port issue. I spent $40 on the Apple 20w version and it works perfectly. 1 star deducted The iPad itself came in great shape and with a protector installed. Lots of memory, an intuitive interface, and an attractive price make this a solid choice if you need the form/fit of a iPad Mini. Unit arrives in generic packaging, but presents as new. I would buy it again.
