Gold-Up’s Pre-stretched Aluminum Silkscreen Printing Screens are feature of smooth appearance, free of deformation, Light weight, and durable in use; All of the frames are made of AL6063T5 aluminum alloy material. welded watertight, ground flat, and sandblasted for excellent adhesion, Stretched with top quality high strength and low elongation monofilament polyester mesh and bonded with highest chemical resistance glue. High quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes insure optimal tension. NOTE: To reuse the screen, clean the frame and mesh after each use

As a new screen printer, these were the perfect purchase in a pinch. Typically I go to our local supply store, but they are 30 minutes away and not open weekends. I have tried these in 160/200 mesh and I think I’ll be sticking with this brand from now on. I’ve only tried 2 brands but these were the best value. Another brand I tried wasn’t glued very well but I like to keep my screens uniform so the red boarder is nice. The red glue used to hold the screen isn’t perfectly placed but the edges aren’t ever used when I print so it doesn’t obstruct my printing. I am new to printing, roughly 3-4 months, but I really like the quality of these screens especially for their price. Also, I did have screen lock on two of my screens but haven’t had an issue with these so they are good to reclaim. I did finally get the other screen to release but it took a week and a lot of water pressure. ... show more

On arrival I opened the box to inspect and they looked great. Put them delicately back in their box for storage. Pulled the out to use today and they BOTH have tears!! Like it’s cheap material and it tore under the stretch, while sitting in a box! Wow! Please send me 2 replacements and prove me wrong! Totally messed up production. ... show more
