This came with more than enough extension rods to get even to the highest spots of my 14' ceilings. hat was amazing was that it was all so light that it wasn't hard to use the cleaner even on the end of such a long pole. The fan blade cleaner works great, but was a little hard to get onto a very tilted, very small fan blade....something like trying to diaper a squirming toddler. I have a closet of a bathroom that for some reason seems to collect all the dust and ick of the house on the ceiling. I have tried to get it off with the vacuum, but what a pain. I'd have to just get on the ladder and go at it with a cloth. But this cleaned it up wonderful! A fairly decent amount of dust did end up in the air, but I don't know if that's because the head isn't electrostatic or it was just so much. ... show more

This arrived quickly and was packaged to start working. Assembly took a minute, but we're just going to leave this together and hang it with the other tools in the garage with the attachments in a gallon ziplock bag next to it so it'll be easy to grab and go next time. This worked beautifully to clean off the ceiling fans, which I'm embarrassed to say I haven't clean in a few years. So the work was daunting, but this duster made quick work of it and didn't even complain about the process (although I did once or twice). I know ibthought it would be self explanatory nit really rocket science but maybe they could label or number the poles, it took both my husband and i jst less than 5 minutes to put to tegtehr but we didn't realize we has the wrong pole on the top for the duster to connect to that one instead, I know I felt so dumb!? And my ceilings are very Hugh even when u stand on a chair or small ladder I STILL cant reach my ceilings so this really helps!! ... show more

I was impressed with the quality of this duster. I was not expecting the handle to be anywhere near as structurally sound as it is. The pieces connect together securely so you don't have to worry about pieces falling off while you're trying to clean. The muppet-esque dusting head is really effective at grabbing dirt and dust and holding on to it - I was able to clean my ceiling fan with very little debris falling to the ground. The brush head worked well for cleaning the light fixture on the fan and also the cobwebs in the corners of my ceiling. Cat included in picture for scale. This duster comes with different sectional poles for the height I would need it. There are no instructions, but it was very evident on how to set it up. It comes with 2 heads: a microfiber head and a stiff brush. The microfiber head is oval shaped with a hole to put the fan blades through it. It wasn’t big enough for my fan blades, but I wiped my blades with it and it gathered dust without issue. I used the stiff brush to take off cobwebs from ceiling corners which worked perfectly. This long handle duster works exactly as it's advertised in the item listing. The pole comes in sections, and you can screw together as many or as few sections as you need, depending on the job you're trying to do. Initially, I split the sections between the two different cleaning heads, and as we did tasks, we adjusted the pole to where the ceiling fan dust your head had a longer handle than the other one. Both of the heads did a good job of cleaning, even on the ceiling in my vaulted ceiling, which is ordinarily very hard to keep clean.
