The dimensions of one of the tops seemed to fit my canopy until I tried to put it all the way up. One of the seams was too tight and made it impossible. I got these because the canopy on my 10x10 frame ripped during a storm. This states that it is for a 10x10 frame but it was way too big for the frame we have. I do have to say the material was good. The only way to attach the canopy to the frame were ribbons at 4 ends of the canopy replacement which I don't think would have been very sturdy. ... show more

This is larger than a 10x10. The quality is pretty good. However, the ties are cheaply made and are not located near the corners in order to secure it to the frame legs. There isn't anything to secure to the frame legs.

I ordered this size 10x10 and it's WAY bigger than that. After opening and spreading it out I had to clip the excess all the way around. Also, doesn't come with needed velcro or any way to gromlet Tiny fabric ties to hold on to the 4 sides.
