Soft enough but not super soft. Does the job. But why two separate ones instead of one single higher quality one? Unless you have plans to use both, I think a single higher grade one can be had for the price of two, which should serve you better. These are a good pair of pocket stimulators. The non-toxic TPE material feels soft while also providing good stretch and flexibility. They each measure about 5.30" from one end to the other. The outer diameter of both is about 2.3". The interior is each provide varying surface textures for added sensation. I don't know how it will effect their long-term durability but heating it by letting it sit in hot water for a couple minutes adds to the fun.
