    • Cannot run lights on a separate timer
I like this bundle but I have one issue. I ran the lights 24x7 until my seedlings sprouted. At that point I wanted to switch to 12 on 12 off. Now that they have sprouted, I put these on a separate timer so that I do not have to turn them on and off every day. The problem is that the switch that is built into the lights is a momentary switch and once it gets shut off, you need to push the button again. They will not turn on again when the timer tells them to. There is no way of having automatic lighting for your seedlings with this set of lights. Other than that, I think it is a nice setup for the money and will pay for itself in one growing season. ... show more

I ordered this product to start some seeds for a herb garden. I planted some in the bio cups and put in a window to sprout and the other half I planted in the Grow Light High Doom Germination Kit. The seeds in this unit grew 10x faster than the traditional bio cups. This product in amazing..

I did buy this kit last spring and didn’t actually put it to use until last week. The whole set up was very convenient and lots of fun. Unfortunately the lights stopped working and only flicker after three days of use. I would love to get a replacement set of the lights from the company if they are willing to do the right thing and send those to me. ... show more

    • The trays are sturdy- the time on the lights is useless
The quality of the plastic dome and tray(s) are great. Obviously the manufacturer had no knowledge of garden basics as the Timer is they billboard sign of ignorance- begging a plant takes at least 16 hrs. Of light and flowers Takes 12 hrs of light. I have no idea why they chose any other length of time. They should fix that! Also Although the dome is tall enough for starting mist seeds it is way to short to use with cloning as it’s to short for all but the smallest of cuttings. ... show more
