I have to say this is the best foundation I have ever tried. It is very smooth and oil controlled, the best thing is that it covers all my wrinkles and spots so well. I have tried other brands, like lancome and L'Oréal, many other more brands, none of them can compare to this one. This is a product that doesn't pay me or give me incentives to write reviews. I keep buying this foundation and I do like it, but I do think it's a little much for casual face makeup. I've been using it when I wear lace front wigs to blend the wig cap into my skin and make the wig look more natural, it works great for that as the product is pretty thick. I also sometimes use it to cover a large scar I have on my chest from heart surgery. I find that when using it on my face as it's intended, the foundation is very noticeable and seems heavy. Creases and wrinkles are exaggerated (i'm 30, so they're not normally a problem) so I tend not to use it around my eyes, forehead or mouth. Also, i buy the lightest shade and it's still a bit too orange-y and warm for my skin. I'm genuinely NOT that pale, so I find it a bit odd that it's too dark for my skin, but really only slightly. It's noticeable though. Overall I think it's a decent product for the price, but for me personally I use it more like costume makeup than everyday foundation. ... show more

I have tried many, many types of foundations over the years and this one is my absolute favorite. I love that it is fully pigmented and gives great coverage. It also lasts the whole day. It has been great on my oily/acne-prone skin.

So glad I took a chance on this, so many advertisements and at this price, why not?! I got Buff Beige and love it, normally wear medium or light/medium. The consistency is a little thicker than Il Makiage, which is very water based and sinks into your skin. Wear a good moisturizer and it goes on better, a LITTLE goes a LONG way. I’m 55 and the coverage is great and a slight glowy look, so far love it!!
