This review is for the GonnaGokur 8.5 Inch LCD Writing Tablet, 2 Pack - Blue & Pink. Our family has had a few of these LCD doodle boards in the past and always loved them. I wanted a new set to pack for my 4 and 7 year old to use during a flight and vacation. I like to have several of these on hand to leave in the car or pack in a quiet bag. These are the perfect size for packing yet big enough to draw on and are thinner and lighter than I expected. The lock switch is on the back of the tablet and the erase button is clearly marked on the front. There is a built in stylus holder (our last tablet had a snap on holder that got lost) that has a hole in the back that you can push the stylus out- there are no grooves to get your fingers around it from the front. Finger pressure isn’t enough to draw on these unless you use your fingernail. Leaving tire tracks with small cars is also fun. The only downside to this board is that the pens are not tethered to the board- but there is a loop on the pen and board to add your own. And that really is annoying. Luckily I had one from a previous unit to make it work but for newbies this would not be ideal. Overall, works as expected.

This comes with two 8.5 inch LCD writing tablets (one blue and one pink). It comes as described and it is a simple plain design. The writing pen snaps into the slot on top and there is no string attach. One would have to keep an eye on the pen if have young kids. The kids enjoy using it and seeing the colors show up . They find it cool when it all goes away at the touch of the button. These are good for traveling since they are lightweight, portable, and mess free. The price is reasonable for a pack of 2 of these. This works great All you have to do is write with the pen and when you want to erase there is no sliding all you do is hit the trash can to delete & its brand new! It is very lightweight, portable and the kiddos love it!

My 6 and 10 year old granddaughters have had plenty of fun playing with this. They find the save function a little complex but it does not take long for them to master the unit. Of course, they don't need it if they have an iPad but it is a great distraction, cheap enough and uses more creativity than just playing a video game. ... show more

I ordered these for my kids to play with in the car. They are lightweight and have a slim profile making them perfect for on the go. I wish the stylus came attached as it can easily get lost.

This looks like a great value pack (2x) of writing tablets. Typical doodle pencil with a lock to prevent accidental erasure. I'm sure this would have been great to give as a gift, but I never received it.
