The media could not be loaded. We fastened the pin to the tag and attempted to use the key to remove it. This was a test to see how it would work once wr attached it to our child’s clothes. THANKFULLY, we did this before attaching it or it would have ruined the clothes. The magnet key will not work. Additionally, this gives a false sense of security. I thought for some reason the attachment for the tags would be a magnet but it's actually a pin that has a magnetic lock. There are some things I would like to attach the airtag to but not ruin clothes or sling bags. Hence the removal of a star. It would be a great item if it were made that way.

I put an AirTag on my autistic 6-year-old’s shoe since he’s randomly a runner, but the old holder we had was getting some age on it and I was afraid it was about to break, so opted for this one. Day one at school and he’s already ripped the holder from the part that fastens it. Granted, he hates things that are not usually there, so I’m sure he wouldn’t leave it alone, and he’s strong as an ox, so it may fair well with a child that’s not as strong or determined, but this child is a force. My dog also was able to finagle it off her collar, too, but since she’s basically smart enough to do my taxes, also may not be the norm.
