I bought this walker for my husband who is 6'2" and 280 lbs. This walker is much easier for him to use than his other walker because the handles can be adjusted to sit higher, which is great for taller people. They can also be adjusted to sit lower if needed. Also, the wheels on this walker are larger than his other walker, which makes this one much better for outdoor use when going over uneven sidewalks or any other sort of bumpier surface - it rolls over those uneven surfaces easier - even when getting on an elevator - this rolls over the gap between the elevator & floor better - the smaller wheels on his other walker sometimes get caught in the gap making it hard to push forward. This one is much better! This converts well to a sort of wheelchair. I see some reviews have complained about the seat not being very soft. It is not but it works just fine for our use - getting from point A to point B. Not sure I'd want to sit on the cushion for hours on end - but again - it works just fine. Plus I like the stiffer surface since my husband uses it to place items down onto - like a plate of food, etc. - to carry with him when walking. Also, the seat space is OK for my husband, who is a larger guy. It is not super roomy but he can sit comfortably enough when needed. The detachable foot rests are a plus for when we need to use it as a wheelchair. ... show more

Ease of assembly and of use The assembly instructions were very clear and it took very little time to get it up and ready for use I love it is sturdy and easy to use. The seat is comfortable and the storage compartment under the seat is roomy and private. It is compact and fit in my vehicle for easy transport. Recommend this chair over lower priced chairs.     • Paper is cheap. Customer satisfaction is priceless.
This product assumes an elderly customer base. The instructions for assembly and use are contained in five pages of a 8.25”x5.5” pamphlet - including margins. The elderly quite often have vision problems. Yes, we have all sorts of aids to accommodate declining vision, but why not accommodate that with a standard 8.5x11 inch pamphlet with more pages - paper is cheap customer satisfaction is priceless. Comfort is excellent and the prime reason this is not being returned for other issues. Folding: 1. Suffers from the misguided attempt to save money on paper. 2. Once folded the customer has a large, 23 pound unwieldy package that seems to want to Unfold. We have not yet attempted to put this in the trunk of a car and not looking forward to that. We do have some transport options available that will not require folding. That plus the difficulty of repackaging and the excellent comfort are the only reasons this is not being returned. ... show more

Everyday, I am so thankful to have this combo rollator. We've mostly been using it indoors as a wheelchair and it is very well built. Smooth rolling, easy turning, good locking brakes. It folds and is lightweight enough to easily put in the back of the car. The footrests are easy to remove and re-attach. Very thankful we picked this one and highly recommend it. The only thing I would like is if they could provide or sell a removable, waterproof, seat cover. I'll have to find something that could work, but that is a small thing. ... show more

Though pricey for a walker, it turned out to be a great purchase because of the obvious comfort features--padded seat, storage, sturdy structure, and of course the convertability to a wheel chair. So convenient and reliably safer than trying to ignore the fact that you need assistance with mobility. This can be a walker on wheels that cover most terrain that makes taking walks possible again. Has a soft seat if you get tired and need to sit. Also acts as a transporter (modified wheelchair by flipping the backrest to the back, sitting on the seat.
