Bolted right on the mower. Started first pull. But now my mower “surges”. Half choke it runs fine. I assume it’s jetted wrong.

    • Get what you pay for
Total garbage. First pull and the carb had poured raw fuel into the cylinder, fluid locking it so you couldn't even pull the starter rope. Wasted $20 but it's not worth the hassle of sending back.
