I bought this for my daughter’s birthday. She was thrilled! Her son makes pottery cups and bowls and these look great with his handmade items. They are heavy weight and scratch resistant. She can throw them in the dishwasher which is always a plus.

I picked the set for my son's new apartment. They arrived quickly. One of the bowls had an imperfection. I wrote to customer service and they answered right away and sent four new bowls. I gave the set to my son when he moved in to his apartment and he loves them. The color goes perfect with his apartment and the modern look and feel fits with other items in his kitchen. I really like that this set does not have mugs. It's hard to find a set at a reasonable price that has more bowls and no mugs that you never use. ... show more

These dishes are very heavy and very luxurious. They are easy to clean and they are a nice size. They look more modern than other dishes. You cannot go wrong with these if you are looking for black dishes or you are trying to get a gift for a man who live alone and wants solid color dishes.

I love the look of them however, I can tell they are not scratch resistant. I’ve only hand washed them. However I believe they were a good value for what you get, still sturdy and durable.

These plates are beautiful and heavy. They feel like they will last a long time. 1 plate had a VERY slight imperfection and the company was quick to replace it. Great customer service and great quality of plates!!!!

These is a wonderful everyday dishware set. Love the lip on the main plate and the 2 sizes of bowls. Light blue color is very pretty. The 8 piece set is well worth the money. Seems pretty heavy duty. Dishwasher safe
