Oh my heck! I have tried 3 different products for my chairs and bar stools to keep them from scratching my engineered hardwood. Nothing compares to this product, at least for me. These are easy to install, they stay on! They protect my floor and they look good! The rubber is a bit tight but if you stretch it out a little before slipping it over the leg, you should have no problem. Though I will say it might be more difficult if you have arthritic hands (or one hand, or no hands....) in which case, ask someone to help. 😉 I saw a few reviews that said their product was defective in some way, but I have ordered three sets and not one is defective. The first two sets I order for my dining room chairs 6+ months ago have had zero problems, no slippage. If you are having slippage or problems with them not staying on, I think you ordered the wrong size! Honestly, if I could give these ten stars, I would. Well, maybe only nine.....because these come in packs of 16. I have 8 chairs and five bar stools, so I just need one set of 4 to finish my chairs. If they came in packs of 4 or 8, it would be reasonable to buy that extra set, but I do not want to spend the money for a pack of 16 when I only need four. My only other regret, is that I wish I had found these sooner! 😁 ... show more

We first ordered 2 packages (1 Medium Square & 1 Large Square) to try. Loved the new pads immediately and ordered 2 more packages of 16 to complete all the chairs. The Walnut color looks nice with both our dark cherry chairs and rosewood chairs and the pads blends well to not be noticeable. The chairs easily glide quietly now!! We measured all the chair legs before ordering, and the pads fit per the sizing chart. One trick we used for easy pad install was to warm the chair pads in a heating pad and then use disposable nitrile gloves for better gripping as we pulled the pads onto the chair legs. So far, these pads are far superior to any other chair pads we have used and we are very happy with them. ... show more

Just installed so not sure about long term adhesion and durability but they look sturdy. Got tired of replacing adhesive felt type of chair feet protectors and am trying these because they are clear around the chair leg. Can tell they're there when looking closely but blends pretty well. They provide a very nice glide, even better than the adhesive wool pads. Requires some strength and finesse to get them on leg but that probably is great for durability. I wanted something good quality to protect the bottom of my new wooden chairs but after much research I was afraid that this items like others would change the aesthetic. I took a chance and ordered them. I highly recommend them! They fit nice and snug, staying put. I think the stretch also makes the plastic less noticeable on the chair and I don’t mind the look at all. The chair leg protectors are easy to put on, protect the floor, and make it much easier to slide chairs around. I them because I have a very heavy Windsor chair that was very difficult to move. The leg protects corrected that. I didn't rate durability because I haven't had them very long.
