Like most people building walls for their flower bed that use 8ft landscape timbers they use 2 foot rebar to hammer into the timber to keep it in place. I actually had a hard time finding reasonably priced rebar in my area that would work. These were super convenient as well as the spike on the end that helped drive them in without a problem and they certainly are tough. I’ll be using these from now on for any similar projects.
