    • Like the texture
The textured plastic is a PLUS when you have gloves on and ingredients all over your hands that are slippery and wet. The texture helps you grip the bag nice and firmly to get a nice tight twist on the top, and then feel where you are going with your product.

These bags are great if you make a lot of cakes! Standard icing caps fit nicely in them, and the plastic itself doesn’t stretch or get deformed as you apply pressure to squeeze frosting out. The texture of the bag itself is also really nice, it’s smooth but not slippery. All in all a great buy! This stack will last us for years. ... show more

For the price these are going for now, it's a great buy. The bags are textured and give you grip. They also seem pretty sturdy. I haven't had one burst on me yet. They are larger than others I've used, which allows me to get more of the frosting in the bag, but it may take getting used to if you have smaller hands. I get more coverage from one bag so less time I'm spending switching bags. I had no problems with the tips I use. What more can I say. These are a no-brainer. ... show more

    • Thin, but better hand feel than Wilton bags
Thinner feel bag than that of Wilton or Walmart brand. I have a hard time keeping control on those style store bought bags because of my carpel tunnel. I loose consistent grip because the bag alone with icing is so stiff I can’t keep good consistent pressure where I need it. These bags!! Omg! They’re a blessing!! I’ve been scared I’m going to have to give it up but these bags gave me a better grip and a better holding style just simply because the bag is thinner. This may cause problems for others with a heavier hand, but for me it was just what I needed! They work well with all my brand tips and couplers. To test the bag, I filled beyond max and squeezed both hands and hard and fast as a could with a tip only no coupler. I had no loss of icing around the tip or anywhere it shouldn’t be. Never had a bag split, and the size cut down on as many refills too. The size of these bags makes it easier to layer colors in rainbow effects too. ... show more

    • Hard to Cut
These work as expected - they're pastry bags. However, I did find the tip a little hard to cut using my standard kitchen scissors. I had to get my son to come pull it taut so I could cut through. Made it a little awkward. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the strength of the bag.
