Easy to cut. There is a slight challenge on applying it straight so you may want to mark a line if possible. Here is an example of the light brown tape with a woodhill oak lvp transition to white, grey and black vinyl. I am just putting down a temporary strip for house sale purposes. Had to replace hard transition boards due to breakage. This was so easy and quick to install. I was able to cut to the length I needed easily, and the transition between the living room and dining area looks terrific. I highly recommend it.

I heated up the adhesive with a blow drier as I dont have a heat gun and it adhered perfect to cover. Make sure floor is free of debris before installing.
