Well, you have to remember these are made for a large tree, that I have! I did have to enlarge some of the holes to make a better fit, but my hobby drill tool took care of that. I also found that the angel stem was too big for my tree. I could have made it narrower, but my girlfriend liked the red star topper better so no issue. I will probably use the angel on another project. I had no problems putting the berries in withe the leaves fit great, I just lit it up for the first time and its looks wonderful. I wish could figure out how to show a picture of it! The shipping was fast and on time, I will defiantly buy from the again. !! ... show more

The part that goes into the tree was too big. Update - the seller offered me a full refund - that is great customer service! I didn’t expect a refund, but appreciate a company that cares about their customers! I will buy from this company again!

Update. I did see now that the stem sizes are clearly given. I’m not sure why you would want three sizes of product in one order unless on the off chance you had multiple size needs. The red center for the poinsettias could not be inserted or fully inserted into the poinsettia on 21 of the 50. I’d like to return all but the yellow star. ... show more

I received the items , broken leaves , items missing from the box , The Angel & the Star’s Toppers were missing . I didn’t send it back, Due to I wouldn’t receive the items till February! I wanted it for Christmas.
