With a maximum output current of 140 amps, it can be used with .030"/.035"/.039" flux core wire. It can weld stainless steel, carbon steel, and even thicker steel perfectly, which can easily deal with the use scenarios such as machinery repair, yard repair, home repair, and DIY metal crafts.
  • More Stable and Durable: The main board of this welding machine is designed with an 8-layer structure and equipped with high-performance electronic components. The insulating resin covering the surface layer achieves perfect performance in insulation, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and line shielding so that you can get a more stable performance as well as a more durable use experience in the process of soldering.
  • Large LED Digital Display: The MIG welder is equipped with a 3.54-inch LED digital display, which has higher brightness, wider viewing angle, longer service life, and lower power consumption than ordinary LCD digital displays. You can easily assess the status of the machine even in the sun or without removing the welding helmet.
  • Synergic Control: The flux core welding machine adopts the latest synergistic control technology, through the selection of wire diameter can be intelligently matched with the recommended current, voltage, and wire feeding speed, and can be selected through the PARM button voltage fine-tuning mode of voltage adjustment of 3V to achieve a more ideal welding process requirements. Both beginners and professionals can easily operate.
  • Safety First: Safety protection is our greatest concern, we through the structural design of the motherboard, the specifications of the electronic components to choose and rigorous testing, so that it has a better performance in overheating protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and overload protection performance so that the user can be safer to use it.
  • Better Quality: All of our welding machines are rigorously tested before they leave our factory to ensure that their performance meets the requirements. Let this welder machine work with you on more metal crafting jobs!

  • I don't want to sound like a advertisement But it
It showed up quick. then you have the option to go from there, but it works so good it makes me look like I know what I'm doing. I was proud of myself even though I know it was the welder and not me that made it look so good. 10 times better then the welder I had got just a couple weeks ago that didn't even have a manual come with it. ... show more

  • From a former professional welder
I’m actually really shocked (no pun intended) you can get an any type of welder for just over $100. Coming from using high end Miller pro gear I tempered my expectations going into this. Especially since it’s not an actual MiG or Tig. There is no gas or gas option. So it’s really a flux core site feed welder with an attachment for ARC stick style welding. Now let’s dive in. The welder in general is easy to setup and run. The wire comes with the label on the wrong side so you need to swap it. My nozzle was jammed so I swapped it for one of the other .8 tips that matches the .8 flux core wire t comes with. Note that the 3rd nozzle is a 1.0. My test weld as pictured is a corner bracket where I wanted to tack join the split. With a ton of sparks and flying metal beads it did work. I’m pretty shocked that amount of power is generated from a 110v outlet but yet it did work. Now to explain some things. The instructions have a lot to be desired. There are absolutely no instructions related to the synergistic dial so you have no idea what the numbers mean if you were a beginner and you’re gonna have to look them up elsewhere, which is really a shame. This is a beginners welder. It really should say what the different settings mean. It also does not seem to have a way to control the wire feed speed. Additionally, it does not come with a tig torch although one is pictured in the instructions. I guess you’re going to have to supply your own. The other thing about the instructions is that they are redundant explaining how to load the wire and get everything going multiple times. Yet the settings are missing. It also does not tell you how to remove the nozzle and tip so I’ll tell you. The chrome nozzle itself simply pulls off by pulling straight out. And the tip itself unscrews either by hand or a small wrench. Just be careful. You’ll need to remove these in order to do the initial wire feeding. I’ll be the first to admit that my initial test weld is pretty rough as I did not do any practice welds to test the settings or the device itself. Instead, I just went for it and as you can see, it was set too hot as it melted the metal more than I wanted and created a center crater. What you’re seeing in the photos has not been cleaned up at all. The photo was taken right after the weld was made, but what I will say is that for the price, I don’t think this can be beat and if you want to have a welder in your back pocket, like almost literally in your back pocket because it’s so small and so convenient I would say that this is the one to get. I’ve always wanted to have a portable welder that can simply plug-in to an outlet, but I didn’t know it existed this good or for this low price. I really look forward to using it more and really getting it dialed in to perfection. For the seller, please if you can send more instructions about adjusting the wire files speed and what the SYN numbers correspond to. 2 more things to mention. The first is my door was loose on mine and stays partially open just a little bit even when latched. And the other thing is, when welding, get yourself a good helmet and dark appropriate lens or auto darkening lens, and all the protective gear such as gloves and protective clothing. Although you don’t need the same extreme covering you do when using argon gas. Thank you, UE ... show more

  • Great Buy for Consumer Welding
I ordered this welder in preparation to take a class on welding at the local welding shop. The instructor gave me some criteria for the type (MIG), amperage, and features to consider for my first welder. He also said that a full-featured welder can run as high as $500 so I was very pleased that this unit met the criteria at a very reasonable price. I would have preferred a 220V input current rather than 120V however, the instructor reminded me that this is a portable welder and 120V is much more available when using it for repairs outside your workshop. The unit comes VERY well packed and has a quality build to it. It comes with three tips 0.30, 0.35, 0.39 that can be used with the corresponding wire size. I cannot speak for the actual capability for MIG, TIG, and Stick welding yet but in discussions with my instructor, he was impressed with the unit size and capability. I have also had this unit reviewed by a colleague who does weld with very favorable comments. I have been through the instruction manual and familiarized myself with the display and loading/unloading the welding wire wheel which is easy even for a beginner. The 140A power rating is well within the range of the metal, thickness, and type that I am interested on welding. Note: I do mostly woodworking and this unit is so that I can build metal table legs for various tables and paltforms. Class begins in a couple of weeks and I will have the ability to use it myself as well as it will be used by seasoned welders. I will augment this review based on those findings So far, this seem like an excellent unit for my purposes so I am going to rate it five stars until I learn otherwise ... show more

  • Best flux core bang for the buck so far
I've reviewed several relatively inexpensive 110 VAC flux core welders so far for Amazon. I like this one the absolute best for several reasons. First of all, it came VERY well packaged as you can see from one of my pics. I think you could drop the original box it came in 5 feet onto concrete, and the bubble wrapped enclosure around it would have protected it. More importantly however, the quality and fit & finish of this one exceeded my expectations for a less than $200 flux core welder. What I really want to emphasize though is the documentation that came with this one. Look at my pics... clear understandable instructions complete with pictures so there is no doubt to a beginner that never welded anything in their life that they would be able to get this up and running. For relatively low end welders like this, geared towards "weekend warrior" handy guys just getting into a little welding, that is a huge plus. I tested it down in the shop on some 1/8 inch mild steel. Worked like a charm. Just keep in mind the duty cycle of these inexpensive welders. That means you weld for as much as 6 minutes strait and then you need to let it cool down for 4-5 minutes before you can keep going. Unless you're a professional welding shop going non stop all day, in which case you probable would not be using this welder, that is not a problem. Here in my shop I'm usually doing small welding jobs. The kind of job that only needs a few minutes of welding to join a few pieces of metal for something. This one works perfectly for that. I definitely recommend this one and give it five stars. ... show more
