I've been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks now. I noticed almost immediate relief of some lower back/hip pain after a night or two, but I now have noticed more frequent neck pain. I can't say for sure that the mattress is the only cause, but it's the only thing I changed and the timing seems too precise to be coincidental. A new pillow may solve the problem though. I sleep great on this mattress! It's not to soft or firm, just right. Great support. I'm a plus-size and I don't sink down, it hold its weight. It didn't take long once I took it out of the box to become its full size, and there was no smell.
