  • Great idea - ok quality
While it’s a great idea and has great potential, the plastic only glows for 3-4 mins after turning off the lights and the balls do not hold the pipes together regardless how much you twist and push into the plastic ball. The kids love it but maybe mine came defective. I don’t know.

  • Fun
I bought this for me and my wife to have an at home date night. It was really easy to use a lot of fun instructions different ways to build forts and it was fun to cover with blankets and watch movies in it.

  • Very finicky…..not super sturdy
They are fun to play with I’m sure. We get to change it up and my toddler loves the glow. However, it doesn’t stay up, especially for a toddler….he leans on it and it along with him falls over. Now it’s more of we don’t build anything and he plays with the balls that attach everything alone. Ha so i guess it came with the entertainment but not what was advertised ... show more

Got this last year for Christmas for grandson, he is still playing with this. He makes all kinds of designs. Keeps him busy thinking of different ways to make his first. Glows in dark

  • Such a great STEM project
So many different variations we can make from this. I bought as a gift for my friend’s son but also ended up getting it for my 4 year old daughter. She loves making her little house and throwing a sheet over to make a tent.

  • Cool kids toy but falls apart easily
Our 4 year old thinks this toy is so cool, but the sticks continuously pop out of the ball connectors. So you can't just set it up and forget, it will fall apart very quickly if kids are playing in it. You'll need a very light sheet to put over the fort because of the sticks are pretty weak. Ok for the money, and my 4yo enjoys it, but was thinking it would be stronger. ... show more

  • Frustrating to build & comes apart way too easily!
First frustration is that the instructions are printed in tiny white/yellow type on a very dark (think night sky w/o moon) background, making it hard to read. And the instructions are a translation from the original Chinese, making it difficult to understand. It is definitely meant to be assembled by an adult, one with a high tolerance for frustration — there will be a lot of cursing, so best if you mumble it and don’t scare the kids. There will be many false starts as you try to progress and the structure, nearly complete, will pop apart several times before you consider it stable. Once you feel you’re there, step back & cross your fingers. if you try to move it, it will almost certainly pop apart again. Good luck! ... show more

  • 10 year old loves these
Our daughter got this set for Christmas and has had so much fun with it! She can easily put the pieces together herself, but does need some guidance on choosing a solid building plan. She did make a small fort as a doghouse on her own :) There are easily enough pieces to build a fort bigger enough for two 10 year olds to stretch out and read, play a game, or watch a movie on a tablet. We hang lights inside too. My only suggestion is more of the orange connectors. We made a decent sized fort, but had 20 green bars left over. With more connectors it obviously could have been even bigger. ... show more
