  • Fits our zero turn
I got this CocoMocart 13.12FT Stretchy 1/4 Inch ID Fuel Line & 14 Hose Clamps to replace the aging fuel lines on our Exmark Lazer Z. 13' allowed me to change it all. While this line isn't as thick as OEM it seems to work just as well. The hose clamps are a little cheap, but feel solid and tighten securely. I like this style of clamps vs band style. ... show more

  • Decent fuel line
Bought this fuel line for a boat. It is not as durable or "tough" as OEM fuel line. It does feel rubbery/squishy. This is decent fuel line for anything that may be carbureted. Do not use under any pressure like fuel injection systems, ... I think it was last awhile and was easy to work with. Good value for the money. ... show more

  • It does what it's supposed to do!
There's not an extraordinarily large amount of things to say about fuel line hose. It allows fuel to get from point A to point B. As long as you install it correctly it'll work great. I have no complaints, so five stars.

  • Worked well for my Craftsman Lawn Tractor
The fuel lines on my 2005 Briggs and Stratton powered Craftsman DYT4000 lawn tractor (made by AYP) were original to the machine. Noticed the last time I replaced the in-line fuel filter they were getting pretty stiff. Since I would rather do the work on my schedule rather than wait for a breakdown, I picked-up this ¼ inch fuel hose since it would be more than enough to replace all the lines. Measured upon arrival as being .239 inches ID and .385 inches OD. Well within the expected tolerance from the seller advertised ¼ inch ID and 4/10 inch OD. Seller states it is “rubber” hose but does not elaborate on what type of rubber. Some reviews have asserted it is vinyl rather than rubber. It certainly has a shiny appearance more akin to vinyl and the odor out of the box is more yinyl-like than rubber-like. I have no way of testing so I will leave it at that. The product is marketed as low pressure fuel line hose for small engines but does not carry any SAE certifications (typically SAE-J30R7 for low pressure fuel line up to 50 psi). Also, unlike virtually all rubber fuel line I have ever purchased/used, it is not marked for size. Comes with 14 clamps which appear to be robust but I did not use them for my installation. I prefer spring clips in low pressure applications like lawn equipment. Have had the line in service on my lawn tractor for about one month and no issues so far. But, too soon to speak to durability and longevity over time. If problems develop, I will report back and update accordingly. Generous amount of hose for the price. Nice that clamps are included. A bit sketchy that the seller does not more precisely identify the hose material. The lack of SAE certification could be a concern in some applications. Missing size markings is just annoying. All in all, a decent product at a decent price point but nothing exceptional. The hose itself is probably only a three star item but considering the generous quantity of product and decent quality if the included clamps will give it 4 stars overall. DISCLAIMER: I am a member of the Amazon Vine program. This means that I receive some products free of charge (but subject to taxes) to use and review. I only request/accept items I will actually use in real-world conditions or applications. My reviews are based on this real-world usage – they are not mere regurgitations of the Amazon product description or insincere hype. I am not a shill and I do not consider the fact that an item was provided without charge as part of my ratings. I have given Vine products one star, five stars, and all points in between. I put serious effort into my reviews and they represent my honest opinion of the product. My hope it they will help others make an informed, educated choice whether or not a particular item is or is not right for them. Thank you. ... show more

  • Good to replace rotted out fuel line on mower.
This line worked OK to replace some rotted out line on an old mower.. Might need to warm it up in the cold as it's a bit stiff.

  • Lifetime supply for the average homeowner…
I didn’t need 13-1/2 feet of fuel line, I needed about a foot. This is an item you need from time to time, and this ought to be the last time I ever have to buy it if it turns out to be durable and long-lasting! There have been several comments in reviews expressing skepticism about the composition of the tubing, as it looks and feels different from what we commonly perceive as rubber. The ad copy simply describes it as “Rubber”, but doesn’t specify why type of rubber it may be, which would be helpful. One thing is certain: It is not reinforced rubber. As there are several different types of natural and synthetic rubbers, it’s not surprising that some reviewers think that the tubing is a plastic material. So that will, for the time being, remain unresolved. I’ve just used a short piece of the tubing to add a shutoff valve to my lawn mower’s fuel line. It has a 1/4” barb fitting and this tubing slid over it easily. But the supplied clamp was problematic. Opened fully, it barely fits over the tubing, itself, and when the tubing is inserted over the barb of the fuel filter, the screw must be removed so that the clamp will open enough to fit over it. Then it’s difficult to squeeze the ears of the clamp close enough so that the screw will fit back in. I managed to get it done, but don’t look forward to this struggle every time I need to use one of these. The clamps have a very limited minimum to maximum adjustability range, and it’s not specified. Just know that this can be a potential problem whenever you need to use one. In addition, they seem to made of very thin, bendable steel. In short, they seem “cheap”. My first experience using them has been mixed, and I can’t enthusiastically recommend them, primarily because of the difficulty with the clamps. I liked the flexibility of the tubing, which was very supple, at least on a sunny day with warm spring temperatures. It remains to be seen how flexible it may be on a winter’s day when. the snowblower requires repair. For me, this was “OK”. It got the job done. That’s about the best I can say for this tubing/clamp combination. ... show more
