Very difficult to assemble as clearances are tight. Center rod was too short so threads will be seen. Instructions are lacking with only a schematic to work from and a small one at that. Once in place looks pretty good.

Once assembled its quite sturdy. The flush mount needs to be designed. Two screws allow light to easily move. Other than that we like it.
