The frame is made of real wood, not composite material, which is a big plus in my book. It feels sturdy and well-made, giving off a sense of quality. It's a bit loose and doesn't fit snugly into the grooves of the frame. While this doesn't affect the display of the picture, it's a minor annoyance and detracts from the overall quality. Overall, the frame looks okay and serves its purpose. I'll likely purchase more in the future simply because I haven't found another option with the same combination of frame and mat sizes.
