WOW - what a time saver. I didn't know such a tool existed until I saw one being used on a You Tube instruction video. I'm older and have rheumatoid arthritis and this really helps - almost no effort at all! I wasn't familiar with the brand - but bought it anyway. Don't expect it to function if nuts are highly torqued. I'm not sure what the cut off is for the torque - but it isn't real high. Comes with TWO batteries, the charger, a set of sockets and a decent plastic case. We just used it to install (not remove) an axle back exhaust system - worked perfectly. It saved us time, effort, and got in to areas that would have been awkward for a standard ratchet. A real good value. I'd buy it again. ... show more

At the time of purchase I paid $33 for the tool and 1 battery+charger which is a great deal compared to other motorized ratchets I looked at. I am not a full time mechanic but someone who works on my cars in my free time and this seems great for just speeding up the relentless loosening and tightening of bolts during an average repair. Quality is fitting for the price, it doesn’t feel amazing in your hands and was a little heavier than I expected but doesn’t feel overly cheap. All the bad reviews I read were mostly about the battery charger failing which appears they did away with now (June 2024). Battery has a USB-C port on the bottom but is also still removable. Only briefly used it as of writing this but seems great so far. I will update this review in the future if it has some catastrophic failure. I am hopeful it will last a long time but as long as I get a year or two out of it I can’t complain at this price. ... show more

My husband ordered this to work on his truck. It worked great on his first project. However, the second time he used the wrench, it broke. The head of the wrench broke off. We were 4 days past the 30 day return policy. I emailed the company 5 days ago, and have yet received a reply. I get that we are past the 30 day return policy, but I would think that they would at least respond our concerns about their product. ... show more

listen it's not for everyday mechanics. The product is for self use of those who cant afford to go to a mechanic and get the work done like myself... I'm not reviewing this product for 1000 cars per Hour. I'm reviewing for 1 car every 3-7 months.
