I bought these to have in my car as I've had rodent issues now that I am driving less. I went out this morning and heard something in my engine area of my car. I opened the hood and they had started a new nest right next to the repellent I placed there less than a week ago. I even have one in my glovebox so the smell filters through to the engine.     • Do not buy this!!!
I have had mice and ants so bad this summer and I bought these and I swear the mice walk right up to them. It doesn’t bother them at all! The ants actually got worse after using these. They are a waste of money!!!!

I just bought these to solve a possum problem in my attic so I will write another review in the future. The directions on the side of the box clearly mention taking the "pouch" and place it where needed. Like others have mentioned if left in the "plastic pouch" per the directions, there is "no smell and it doesn't seem to work at all" I cannot see how this will solve my problem if I follow the directions on the box. Are rodents sense of smell so much stronger than ours that this needs to stay inside of it's shipping pouch ?. Also the pouch is a very very strong plastic with no place to tear it open so they must mean what they say right ?. I decided to cut open the pouch and place a couple pods near their nest to see if they leave. I will probably try the spray next. TBD. ... show more

    • A Temporary Fix
These have been effective in repelling rodents for me so far. I've placed them near entryways, as well as under the car to avoid mice activity. The only thing is it's difficult to gauge when they need to be replaced. Other than that, they have been successful.
