I installed and had been using the lights for about a month and love them. The lights are beautiful, the quality of the product and crystals is really good for a fair price. The installation was OK but due to height you may need an electrician, I was able to install as I have the proper stair and experience. The length of the lights is preset but for very tall ceilings, I have to adjust mine which is what tool the longest. I would say it took me 2 hours for the adjusting/ installation. The illumination is great, much better than my older light, the LEDs are efficient and should last for a while. The advantage is that individual LEDs can be replaced VS other lights where you have to replace the whole thing, and I have seen if any issues the seller can send replacements. I really like that you can switch between yellow, neutral and white light and adjust brightness. I prefer using the app which was easy to install and pair than using another remote control. You may also use the switch to change between colors but note that to memorize the color you need to wait like 30 seconds before turning off, otherwise the color will change (most of the color changing lights operate like this). ... show more

Pretty chandelier, the top tier of light are really short but adjustable. The remote let’s you adjust the brightness and the warmth.

We are on our 2nd remote and they just don't work well. it is very sporadic. Instructions don't tell you if you adjust the length of the strings you can only go one way. Ceiling anchors are not the right type and we had to purchase proper anchors.

The chandelier is beautiful. I had to hire a contractor to install and it didn't appear like the spiral in the picture but the manufacturer was in constant contact and has said if I am not happy he will replace the whole chandelier. Good customer service so far.

This is a stunningly beautiful chandelier. It comes prestrung at the lengths you see in my photo. This is huge, as it would take a long time to do each individually, from scratch. The remote feels flimsy, but the fixture is quality made. We had 1 of the pendants have some wavy glass (see photo). I reached out to the seller and he took care of it promptly, sending us a new one.
