Taking them in the morning first thing with a small bowl of plain oatmeal with a tiny bit of maple syrup and I feel great! After having 2 wonderful kiddos, I didn't realize I was eating emotionally during these little years to give myself a break in the evenings with a dessert or a glass of wine etc and I was gaining weight and feeling bloated. I've gained a few pounds since i moved to the States and my digestion got very bad. I have been taking these probiotics from this company for the past year and this probiotic supplement keeps me regular. And these probiotic capsules have really helped with the bloating and help reduce my appetite. I have been on it for 9 days and have already lost 3 lbs. About two years ago, my metabolism began to slow down. For two years, I have been trying to eat more fiber, try Over-the-counter drug, etc., but I am not sure whether it has any effect.
