The media could not be loaded. Took about 4 hours to put together. Would have been shorter but the directions didn’t specify that one of the short cross pieces needed to be on a specific side for the installation of the crank mechanism. Attaching the crank mechanism is definitely a pain, but the biggest issue is the connection that moves the louvre catches on a plastic bracket. We flipped the #3 bolt to the inside and put nut on the opposite side away from the bracket for the “G” louvre. The parts packet was the worst part of the whole project. It had several numbers on stickers and some on the actual background causing much confusion. So that plus the direction error for the one crossbeam is a 1 star decrease since it cost us almost an hour to fix. It rained today so I was able to show that it does block the rain. I am very happy with this product. So if I could figure out how to make 4.5 stars I would change it. ... show more

Looks great and took 2-4 people around 4-5 hours to assembled. Delivery was a couple hours ahead of schedules, but the driver was very professional and called first to ensure it acceptable and it was. Totally satisfied with the delivery 👍 There were a minor issue with the installation, there were 2 sets of screws that were mislabeled and we didn't realized until we used most of the lesser screws to realized the mistake. Added unnecessary time to undo what we did due to this mislabeled error. Other than that. Everything went well. The instruction are easy to follow. Still giving a 5 stars even with the label error, because I am happy with the purchased. ... show more

We bought this for shade on the West side of our home in AZ. Good Value, not hard to build / install because it was fairly light weight. I feel like it suits my purposes well and is exactly what was advertised. Just be aware this is not heavy duty aluminum. I will secure it well and expect it will be good for years. ... show more
