There were a few scratches and dings this time from shipping, but nothing that is noticeable. Update: I forgot to mention one of the reasons I purchased this brand was because of the positive reviews that mentioned their customer service. I have to say, I agree with the other positive reviews. I had an issue (100% my issue and not theirs), they replied very quickly, and helped me out with my issue. I would DEFINITELY purchase from the company again. This was perfect for our patio. Was? A eucalyptus tree pruned a large branch during a horrific storm here in CA and crushed the gazebo. How perfect was it? I’m purchasing the same gazebo to replace the recently crushed one. I definitely want the same one. The reason I purchased this brand over the other ones is because of the positive reviews regarding customer support. And I agree with the other reviews, this company provides solid customer support! I purchased some LED lighting and installed the string of lights and it made this amazing during warm evenings. One tip I would share (and will follow myself for the second purchase): don’t tighten all the bolts right away. I had to loosen nuts / bolts many times to get things installed properly the first time. Pros: • Very quick and helpful customer support • Very sturdy • Curtains are extremely effective to block breezes • Vented roof to make is safer for propane fires in the gazebo • Looks great • Was able to assemble without professional help Cons: • It is not immune to large heavy branches (yes, this is a joke … the branch would have gone right through the roof of our house • Installation took a while … but that was expected ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am super satisfied with the purchase of this gazebo! I got the 12X18 one and it fits perfectly to my patio! My patio was built to accommodate this gazebo and we built it 19 feet wide. This gazebo sits on it perfectly and covers my entire patio! This is my first time building a gazebo and it's easier that I thought. It took me and my friend about 8 hours to build. Based on my research, it might take up to 15 or 16 hours for two people to build a 12x18 gazebo, so I am very satisfied with how long it took me and my friend to build. The instruction was very straight and it was mostly pictures to show how to install it step by step. Even though the instruction recommended building it with a team of 4 people, my friend and I were able to do it with the help of two ladders. When building the frame and the roof, we did need to use the ladder to help us lift as a third person. Once frame and roof was done, it was getting very straight forward, and we just needed to insert the roof metal piece one by one. I love the aluminum frame which is not only lightweight but also sturdy! I also love the overall design which provides lots of outdoor space to let our family enjoy the life! Not even to mention the curtains and netting, which gives more opportunities to our family to use this gazebo when it's getting colder or hotter. Took us a few weekends working only a few hours here and there, but the finished gazebo is outstanding! We considered an addition on the house, and this has proven to be everything we needed at a significant lower cost and looks stunning and professional. Instructions were good, quality of product is very good, and customer service was excellent! We bought this particular brand based on all the customer service reviews, and they were right! We needed a few various replacement pieces and they sent them immediately. I recommend this brand to anyone looking. Some of the competitors are priced higher and it is literally the same design. Also, heads up the Domi brand has 2 style gazebo options, one WITH gutters and one WITHOUT. The gutters are so nice you don't have water dripping off all 4 sides when it rains, the water drains to the 4 corners on the outside of post. If you are on the fence, just go for it! ... show more

It took me, my dad and a couple times a friend 8 days to get this together. Obviously not full days; had to do early mornings or evenings due to 90 degree temps. I would say it took us a total of 15 hours. Very impressed and skeptical of reviews stating 6 hours with no help… Steps are not necessarily clearly marked so we had to do some backtracking a few times. Some of the roof panels did not want to line up and had to be “persuaded”. The flimsy plastic water diverters that go on roof pieces fall off frequently leading to cussing and frustration. One of the bigger bolts is packaged with slightly smaller ones and not labeled nor are you told you need to use it…but you do. Extra hardware parts are given for almost everything which is nice. No parts were damaged; a few roof pieces slightly warped leading to the earlier frustration mentioned. Looking forward to relaxing under the gazebo; now to paint the patio and get furniture and plants moved in! ... show more
