My current shower curtain is so light that, despite it including several tiny and anemic magnets at the bottom of the curtain, it often blows up against my body while showering. When I discovered these, I wondered why I had never heard of such things before--they're genius! The good: It's easy to lock in place the magnet pairs. They won't be going anywhere on their own--they are solidly sticking together. They can easily be removed, however, by sliding them apart (whenever needed). The bad: There's no real bad side to these apart from the muted noise they make when drawing the shower curtain (but that's manageable). I wish I had known: I realized shortly that having an 8-pack (4 pairs), while it helped quite a bit, was not quite enough. Having a 12-pack (6 pairs) for me would be the sweet spot and provide sufficient coverage for the curtain to stay in place. I strongly suggest picking up a larger pack against the 8-pack. ... show more

These are very strong magnets! They have nice weight to them to keep my curtain from flowing. Just beware of finger placement when you are putting them together.

    • Exactly as described - a lot of options
These are perfect and the instructions (for magnets - yes!) are spot on and very helpful. If you need the shower curtain to stay put on 1 side, these are perfect, they hold on the fabric really well, even when wet. I use 1 for the shower and the other magnets for the fridge - so nice to have large, white magnets to really hold things securely.     • Nice strong magnets
These magnets are pretty strong. I used them in my camper to keep the shower curtain from blowing inward when taking a shower. They snap together pretty strong, so keep your fingers back when putting them together. They have a nice rubber feel to them as well.
