The price was good for the quantity of clips. They work fine. The little orange piece comes off too easily however, but they are easy to snap back on. I had some other clips that looked just like these, but the ones that arrived were a smaller size. (I didn't check the dimensions before ordering, so that's on me. I've posted photos that show the size comparison.) But they still work on all the backdrop stands that I have and they work fine. They open about and 1.5". They don't feel robust, but for my needs at the moment they are adequate. If you need something heavy duty, then this is probably not it. But if you need something that is less expensive and you need a bunch of them, then this could be a good option. Overall I am happy with my purchase. ... show more

These are good quality plastic and will hold up to the light use we’ve tasked them with: clamping fabric sheets to out acoustic wall panels. Not sure how much force they would have for clamping heavier items together. But they work perfectly for my purpose!

I wanted to like these, I really did. They're the perfect size and shape for what I needed them for. But, as other reviewers have quite correctly stated- those orange tips are the death of these things! They come off way too easily, and despite being orange they are still easy to lose. And once they are lost? You no longer have a surface clamp, period. They are still good for small diameter pole clamping, but those tips are 100% needed for flat surface clamping. And you can't glue them in place because they need to rotate depending on the clamping needs. Once they pop off, they pop off again very easily. Maddening. If the tips were fully rounded and could not detach from the clamp, that would help tremendously. But they just snap on, bah. Combine that with the thin plastic the clamp itself is made of, and these just are not a good value. ... show more

    • Good but the orange grippers

tend to fall off the clip. They attached to the clip pretty loose and they do fall off. The clip itself is strong enough for home use and no issues. One day when I had too much time on my hands, I got some glue and glued the orange tabs on the clip. Maybe they'll stay on, so far so good.
