If you are using these to do alcohol inks that you can wipe off with alcohol do not buy. They will soak it all up.

These were perfect for what I needed! Me and my sisters made some coasters for my mom for christmas! The only problem I had was one of the cork backing had some sort of double layer of adhesive? It's had to explain but it ended up making the cork rip when I tried to get the backing off, but it was only 1 out of the 12, so it wasn't too bad! Bound to be some bad eggs in every batch. These are a great buy they arrived well packaged in a box and partitioned with foam with no breakages. The cork circle for the bottom is great, it is not thick though but that works for my purposes. They are ceramic and need to be sealed to stop water or fluid staining them, otherwise they are absorbent. A great price will buy again. ... show more

We made fruit coasters. Sharpie or acrylic paint work. Then use spray sealer and you have customs coasters! I especially like the cork bottoms.
