We received this chandelier 3 days after ordering. It was well packaged, and while the instructions for installation were very basic, anyone with experience installing a light fixture should be able to complete the project. The fixture is moderately heavy and should be well anchored. Once installed, we found that deciding whether to design the hanging lights in a circular pattern or randomize them was the first hurdle. We decided on a random pattern. Adjusting the length of each light was super easy, but because there were 37 of them, it took hours to get it “just right”. That was the second hurdle. The last decision is what color temperature to use. It allows for a warm to cool color palette, easily adjusted using the included remote control. We love this fixture! It is very reasonably priced when compared to other larger foyer chandeliers, looks great in the space and provides more than enough light. The remote control has on/off( the “on” is misspelled as “no”), fader control, color temp control, night light and timer functions. ... show more

This light is very beautiful a conversation piece but it really just ambient lighting. This light is not bright at all no matter what setting. So buy this light if you don’t need something bright.

    • Merchant does not stand behind their product after 30 days. Who buys something to last 30 days.

Quality is acceptable as far as esthetics. Installation is as expensive as the product (USA). Problem is that pendants kept falling after adjusting the height. One in particular keeps falling and calling an electrician each time it falls hs become expensive. Seller did not offer ANY solution nor wanted to issue a credit for the quality issue regarding not been able to keep the pendant from falling thus not been able to maintain the design. Could have been a nice product overall but seller chose NOT to stand behing their product quality after only 3 weeks of instalation. ... show more
