  • DIY work table
Size: 7-1/4" 48T
Building a steel workbench for my garage to do welding/wood projects/general things for the house and needed a blade capable of cutting steel. This CRALY 7 1/4” circular saw blade did the trick. No issues cutting 3/16 steel plate for my table top a smaller pieces. Would definitely recommend for your metal cutting projects. Not sure how thick it can handle, but 3/16 plate-no problem! ... show more

  • Good blade
Size: 14" 66T
The media could not be loaded. Currently this blade is making some excellent cuts. I'm cutting .5 to 1.25 solid mild steel and haven't had a single issue. For those that have given it a low rating need to learn how to use the blade and their machine. This blade is equal to an Evolution blade but with a much lower price. If the blade craps out I'll edit my review, but for now it's cutting great and I'll definitely purchase another as a standby. ... show more

  • Love the cuts, not sure about lifespan
Size: 12" 60T
There is something wonderful about the cuts this blade produced, it chips the metal instead of grinding so there is less heat and no burrs. Lots of little chips of metal instead of the grinding blade/metal dust everywhere. (Of course you don’t get the neat sparks flying everywhere) The real question is, I can buy 8 grinding cutoff blades for the price of one of these carbide tipped blades, just how many more cuts can I get? I haven’t trashed this blade yet but I’ve only been cutting chain link fence posts, so maybe 12 cuts on thin wall steel. I can’t really speak to cutting beefier steel or just how long this blade will last. I dinged a star because you need to think about costs and durability versus mess and cheaper blades. It’s nice if you’ve got the money to replace them, but I suspect this blade will come down to budget. ... show more

  • Excellent saw blade!
Size: 5-3/8" 30T
Best saw blade for cutting metal I have ever used! I’ve bought and tried several brands . . . several worked OK but didn’t last. This blade cuts quickly with very little pressure, does not leave a burr and does not heat up much at all. The cuts are smooth. Unlike abrasive cutoff wheels, this blade does not produce much sparks. I have cut inch & a half square tubing, 3/16” flat and angle iron, 1/2” & 3/8” rebar so far and the blade remains sharp. The blade is very well balanced and there is absolutely no wobble. I have put this blade on a 20 volt Dewalt 4 1/2” angle grinder and the blade clears the guard by about 1/8”. My ONLY complaint . . . the supplied bushings are thinner than I would like . . . I think they would work better if they were the same thickness as the blade itself. I have purchased two of these blades so I doubt I will need another replacement for quite some time! I highly recommend this blade for most metal work. I am a DIY fella, not a professional metal smith using this for commercial purposes, but I do a lot of metal cutting and find this is a very good tool! ... show more

  • The worst
Size: 7-1/4" 48T
I'm cutting holes in shipping containers and have tried four brands of saw blades for metal. This was the worst. I got barely 6 feet of straight cut before it went dull. Others lasted at least 20 feet. This is a lousy blade that I'll never buy again.

  • Metal Cutting Blade
Size: 14" 66T
So far so good. The key with this type of saw is too go slow & make Absolutely sure that the material being cut is clamped securely and dies not move even the slightest. If it does move you will ruin many teeth on the blade. D.Mitch

  • A consumer should always read the directions
Size: 14" 72T
The ad plainly said "non-ferrous metals". Cut like a hot knife through butter for a while but eventually the blade said this is steel and the performance quickly deteriorated.
