The temp setting stopped working during my first batch of eggs. There's no humidity setting either and the set-up for the water bottle just dumped WAY too much water into the reservoir. Not worth the money.

Within one day the auto rotator stopped working. They are sending replacement and I will see about durability. I like the simplicity of the incubator, but not if the rotator cannot hold up. Had the replacement for 10 days. Working as advertised. I will know how many eggs hatch in 11 days. I like the large clear plastic window and the water bottle dispenser so I don't let the humidity drop too low. Well I hatched 7 of 11 eggs. The other four developed but did not hatch out. I think there is not enough room for 11 chicks to hatch and not affect others. I cleaned (easy) but now the temperature button won't work so that I can't reset temperature back to 38 degrees. Sending back for refund! So I quickly got my refund and was set to wait until next hatching season and further incubator research.... And the company contacted me and for my troubles sent me a free replacement. I checked it out and everything works on the replacement, but no long term trial until next spring (2024). ... show more

We just had our first chick hatch. Seems to be doing well. We just left him in there for 12 hours after hatching and it's leg got caught under the rotating part. That's our fault. Can't wait for the rest to hatch!
