Great ladder, but I'm annoyed that the dimensions listed are misleading. Listing says 18.1"W - but it's at least 19" wide at its widest point. Listing also claims this weighs only 9.9 lbs. By my accurate digital scale it is 13.0 lbs. Finally - the listing should include a "collapsed" Length, but does not. I measure the collapsed length to be about 26.5". The unit I received seems to be pretty high quality, doesn't sag too much (but does sag some), and the mechanisms seem to work great. Aside from the misleading dimensions, my main complaint is that it's kinda bulky at 19"W x 26.5"L x 2-3/4"D. ... show more

Our access is in the back of a pantry so this works great because we can collapse the ladder, leave it in the pantry and just extend it up as we need it without having to trip, or move it around, daily.
