  • IDK what some are for, but I know which are which now!
A LOW SHANK machine is a machine in which the mechanism that holds the snap-on feature measures around 1/2" tall from the center of the screw to the plate when the foot is lowered. A SNAP ON machine is a machine which the feet just snap on and are removed with a small lever. Some machines you will need to buy and adaptor made specifically for your machine to convert it to use snap on feet. I googled these things before purchasing, yet see some people did not, so thought I would share here. I also googled, after receiving these feet, which is which. I have a 2nd hand machine that did not come with any accessories and have had to purchase small parts for it. I was once again shopping for feet after a zipper disaster. I was glad to find more feet than I would likely ever need in one package. The ones I have tried have worked just fine, though I did have to adjust stitch width to make a couple work, but they are certainly not incompatible. It is possible American machines may have a wider stitch range than machines made in other countries. Adjust or tighten your connection as needed. Those things do loosen when you keep messing with them. ... show more

  • Great replacements!
I somehow lost my entire bag of feet in my most recent move. This means it’s probably hidden away in a random box somewhere I’ll eventually find, but I had the worst time trying to find a zipper foot at local stores until that time, so I hopped on here to get a new one. I have an old Brother machine, and the feet change out so easily. I’m glad I bought this pack, because I don’t know when I’ll find the ones that came with my machine and now I don’t have to avoid zippers anymore. It’s also nice to replace the teflon foot! If you need new feet or just backups, I definitely recommend this pack. ... show more

  • Good as original
Same quality as the attachments that came with the machine. No complaints. Great value.

  • The presser-foot bar does not fit my machine's press-on shank
A press-on foot has a small attachment bar that snaps onto the shank that holds it to the machine. It only takes a slight downward push to snap into place. I have a Singer 4832 machine from the early 1990's; I had lost all the extra feet and needed the zipper foot. As it turned out, this package of 11 presser feet has an attachment bar that is probably a micrometer smaller in diameter than my machine's presser foot shank requires; they simply do not attach to the shank, period. They fall off because they're too small to snap into the shank. What the package did NOT include was a shank that would ensure I could use the presser feet. I ended up going to a website (sewing parts online dot com) that sells the parts--and most importantly, LISTS THE MODELS that each part will fit. Not only did I get the zipper foot, but also two other presser feet AND an extra shank that turned out to fit the existing presser foot I already owned. All the presser feet I got there likewise fit my existing shank. It isn't an expensive purchase, but like others have said, it would have been helpful to know whether these parts would fit my particular machine's model. I even asked the seller, and they assured me it would. Lesson learned. ... show more

  • EuroPro EP382 uses these
These are working great on my (new-to-me) EuroPro EP 382 that came to me without a proper set of presser feet. So far, so good :-) I think this set is a great value. They look and work exactly like original equipment, at least for my machine.

  • The blind hem foot needs glasses!
I bought this set specifically for the blind hem foot (haven't tried the rest so gave them the benefit of doubt). That foot is completely useless. Completely. You can't even use it on a cotton blouse because it gets stuck at the seams! Total fail.

  • Odd sizes, not good for all machines.
Not all feet fit my machine, even though it stated it would. Needle hits the edges of some feet at times braking needle, vs. going straight down, opening in foot is a bit off centered.

  • These fit my sewing machine model
These fit my Jan me model which came with 3 pressure feet. I just wish there was a chart that came with so I don't have to guess their uses.
