The media could not be loaded. What I liked most about this heat press machine is that everything is all ready to go. I just had to attach the power cord and plug in the heating element. The control dial was simple to use after reading the instructions thoroughly. The machine heats up quickly. The machine can handle two mugs at a time. Since it was my first time I tried it out with only 1 mug. I was happy with the end result, vibrant colors. I do think it would be a great help to have a user's guide including information for the amount of time and temperature to apply the sublimation prints to the mugs and tumblers. I have been using an oven for the past 2 years to sublimate my tumblers and sometimes I would get ghosting on the edges but with this heat press, that problem has disappeared completely and I make a tumbler in a fraction of the time vs using the over. The best part of this is that I don't have to keep using the heat shrink wrap anymore. So happy with this purchase! Only thing I wish it came with was a temperature and time guide for tumblers but that's just me. ... show more
