The tent was surprisingly easy to put up and take down. The sides and top go on easily and the mechanism in which you let the legs down is a large ring which was easily used by my wife. The review has a warmth section. That was not an issue with the weather we had but I doubt the tent would help a lot if it was cold. I did put the sides and the top in a tote when we took it down. I have had this tent anchored to my deck during the winter here in Michigan and it has held up to 30 wind gusts and snow. I have a lot of friends that like to smoke cigars and it is a great place to retreat besides a cold garage. Put a nice fire pit and a space heater inside and is very comfortable with temperatures in the teens. BE WELL VENTILATED “Common sense”! I gave a 5 mainly for the customer support as they replaced the Velcro straps on a couple of window sections that came off. The frame is great. We've used this tent only 5 times. We purchased it 8 months ago and we've already had 2 of the cross members break in half. The thin tubing broke right at the cross braces where the rivet hole goes through it. Other than that, it's been a really nice tent. Easy to set up and take down until now. Update: I was able to contact the company and they were awesome about sending me the replacement parts needed to make the repair. They send me a list with pictures of the parts for me to choose from. Normally I don't write reviews but this one time I have too. Like many of you, looking for a product and reading the reviews, we read both the good and bad and base our decision(s) off the comments. We make our own judgement. I was looking for a canopy for my niece's Graduation Party and after two weeks of looking through many of the sellers, I ended up purchasing this tent based on it's looks and easy set up. Despite some of the negative comments and warning, I felt content and confident I made the right choice. This tent looks great once you're able to set it up without any of the arms snapping like twigs, it really does. However, the issue is the material used to construct this tent, it's weak. Very weak and easily snapped while assembling. I'd hate to leave a bad review as I purchase items off Amazon all the time, but if you're looking at this tent by this seller, look elsewhere. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. Once happy with my purchase, I was very disappointed that I wasn't able to put into use for it's intended purposes. ... show more

I was planning a party at my home, only to learn that the weekend of the party was at the same time as high school and college graduation parties. When I called party tent rental places, a month ahead of time, they were sold out. I wanted a larger tent and I wanted to be able to stand in it. I’m 6’6”. I was worried that this was going to be flimsy, but I decided if it got me through the party that was good enough. Instead, the tent was solid and sturdy. I had a couple of my adult children install it for me. It is definitely not something I would want to attempt by myself. It was large enough for groups of 6 to 10 who wanted to step out the sun for a while, plus a table holding food. It is heavy, so do you want to make sure that when it’s delivered, you are either strong enough to carry it yourself or you’ve got someone to help you carry it to where you’re going to store it. Easy to assemble, does require 2-4 people. When I first assembled the tent, a rivet prevented the canopy from fully opening. I was unaware of the problem and thought it was fully extended and in the process broke 4 of the tube supports. When I contacted the seller, they were apologetic and shipped out 4 new replacements. The reason for 5 stars is for their customer support and for the quality of the build. Now that I know about the rivet I can prevent this from occurring again. The support structure is quite sturdy if you are careful in assembly. The canopy wall covers are nice and they tie to the structure with Velcro. The bag the tube structure is stored in is made of heavy fabric with wheels on the bottom for ease of transport, as the structure is pretty heavy, which is not a criticism. Bought this for our senior living facility, we were hoping this would be a great product for us to shelter our residents from the sun during our seasonal activities. We just used it the 1st time last Thursday and with 16 mile hr. winds it bent and broke the metal. I cant believe it! Most canopies can stand 30 to 40 mile hr. winds before causing stress. I begged my boss to let us buy it... and now I have to tell her I wasted the residents money. I own a little 10x10 one that I had up the same day for our live music and that didn't break so Im not sure why what happened, happened but it did thus the reason I'm leaving a low product review, ... show more
