Outdoor steel storage shed arrived in three boxes, slight damage on one box caused indentation on a door panel, hard to say where the damage occurred. The shed is actually about a foot shorter, so it's 9 x 11, NOT 10 x 12, but still spacious. Entrance doors are tall (6 ft.) and wide (4 ft. 7 in. overall). Vents are a plus to keep air circulation and the windows can be placed in basically any sides of the shed. After all panels and doors are installed as described in the assembly manual, the structure feels very sturdy. Make sure you have a flat and leveled surface for the assembly, otherwise you will have a hard time making the frames, panels, roof and doors match their predrilled holes. I recommend using a hand screwdriver or low torque power one and be careful, because it's easy to over tighten and damage the treads causing loose panels and places for water to go in. And USE the plastic washers. Assembly is fairly easy if you follow the manuals sequence and preassemble some parts. You do need some help with the roof rafters and triangle pieces, other than that I did all the other assembly by myself. Assembly time depends on how many people are doing it. Weather proofing is up to you, there are many places where dust and water can filter in. Rain or water hose sprayed water can get in from many openings in the floor panels where they meet the floor frame and/or where they meet the roof frame and panels. The doors have gaps where dust and water can go in. I sealed most if not all with expandable foam and metal flashing glue, and the doors with sealing strips. (Husband speaking) Item is garbage, plain and simple. Instructions/diagrams are garbage and quite frankly mislabeled and looks like AI generated due to the printing of the instructions. Now why would a structure not be built from the base up? Not this one. Frame out the floor but only put partial walls (corners) up with no real bracing, then jump to the roof? This one has you bouncing all over the place. Packaging sucks. They want you to take EVERYTHING out (yes had some metal damage due to shipping and wasn’t home to mark damaged from Fed Ex, surprise surprise) and lay it out and have multiple people to help. Massive red flag as im a Union Roofer and see way better details than this on paper on any job. Item is on a 100% laser level base of pressure treated lumber and I've drilled at minimum 30 holes and that was just the base to get any kind of structure to work with. Hell.. some of the metal has protective plastic on it which is normal… but not all has it and the ones that do, it doesn't peel off because of how old it is. Trust me.. installed a ton of metal in my day and the only stuff that never peeled was over 6 months plus old. Don’t waste your money unless you got the time and the fridge full of alcohol. At the point where I’m just going to take this to the scrapyard and buy a local Amish structure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!! ... show more

The shed, once assembled, is solid and pretty good looking. Good for the price of $120 I paid. However, assembly was difficult. I expected there to be many screws and there were. What I didn't expect was instructions which were skimpy at best, screw holes that didn't line up and had to be redrilled to get them in, and many instances of having a difficult time getting screws or bolts into awkward tiny spaces. I have put together many sheds, grills, bicycles, furniture and other items and will have to say that this shed was the most difficult. I probably spent about 15-18 hours putting it together. That includes an hour or two pulling the protective plastic sheet off of the painted surfaces which is most of the parts. My wife also spent several hours helping when another pair of hands were needed to hold parts in place while I was putting in screws. I could have easily given this 3 stars because of the difficulty assembling, but I gave I gave a 4 because the final shed is worth $120. PS-don't even think of assembling this on anything but a flat, even surface. The screw holes and doors themselves will be next to impossible lining up if the whole thing is twisted slightly due to an uneven ground. ... show more

This shed is quite the find. I built it on a wood foundation by myself. Manufacturers suggest 2-3 people, it would have made the job easier. If you are patient and unphased by diagrams like me, it was a joy to construct. You will need a level, square, screw driver, drill/impact drill and a small ratchet set. Lastly, if you can start square and level, you will be pleasantly surprised with the results ;) Almost forgot, all the parts were present!!! ... show more

We built this shed as directions indicated and attached it to a wood foundation. The first wind blew half the roof off and then ripped the entire building out of foundation and blew down the property landing on my garden box! I watched the review videos and got this because it said it was sturdy. Also it was a week past the 30 day return window and it did take weeks to get a resolution but once the actual seller got involved they did do a good job resolving issues. Not sure if that’s an Amazon problem or seller. Bottom line I’m sure this would be a good shed for a place there is mild weather but not if you have any wind. ... show more

I’m actually a bit disappointed. I honestly thought this had a floor with it. This is my oversight. I haven’t even tried to put it together yet as I looked at the assembly instructions and they are pretty awful. I built a shed a few years ago and the process was painless. And I had hoped this process would be even better since this shed is a bit smaller than the one a built previously. But these instructions were so bad I had to put them down and walk away. I had thought about returning the shed but I’ve opened all the boxes (it comes in one BIG box with smaller boxes on the inside.) so I guess I’ll take a loss on it or find someone to help me with the assembly. ... show more

Took 4 ppl to complete every single pieces put by STEP BY STEP!!!!! Make sure it’s leveled completely perfectly we had some adjustments to drill holes in case. We finished total of 13hrs we started Saturday morning finished Sunday night. Overall just came out beautiful done great width, length n height. We loved it!!!! ... show more
